The Parative platform consists of two core components:
The latter is an entirely optional yet suggested component and is nearly identical in nature to most popular in-app platforms, such as HubSpot, Drift, and Intercom. These two components can be used independently or together as part of a single Parative subscription. Our data is stored in secure environments, completely managed by first-class cloud vendors like Amazon AWS.
Parative's customers have complete control over what and how much information about their users is shared and stored in the Parative web application. When setting up their Parative account, customers can choose to send as much or as little user PII as they would like. Users can be entirely anonymous, can be identified only using a UID, or can be fully identified with properties such as name, email, company association, revenue association, contract details, etc. However, it is important to note that end users do NOT have accounts with Parative. Parative only receives user information from our customers that they would like stored in Parative.
Parative uses a combination of Google Cloud Services and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host all of our data, applications, and static resources. Only Parative engineers have access to these resources, via key-based SSH login. We update system software whenever updates are available and back-up everything continuously to ensure your valuable data stays safe. Our entire website and hosting servers are only accessible via encrypted connections – HTTPS using RSA 2048 bit keys. We back-up everything continuously to ensure your valuable data stays safe. Your private data will not be accessed by our team except as absolutely needed to resolve issues, and we can delete any necessary data as needed based on request.
In addition to the information provided here, you can review additional Parative security, privacy, and complicance policies. We also have a standard set of terms and conditions which all Parative customers agree to prior to beginning their Parative subscription. Those are accessible below:
